1. Complete the official teaching evaluation surveys
At the end of each course, students can provide anonymous feedback through the official teaching evaluation questionnaires. These are used to monitor quality and suggest improvements.
  2. Direct contact with the course instructor
If the issue concerns a specific course (e.g., syllabus, exams, office hours), the first step is to contact the instructor directly to clarify doubts or misunderstandings.

  3. Report to student representatives
If the problem persists or is broader (e.g., scheduling conflicts, excessive workload), it is advisable to speak with the student representatives on the Degree Programme Council. They can raise the issue at the appropriate institutional level.

  4. Write to the Programme Coordinator
Students may send a written report (email) to the Programme Coordinator, clearly and constructively outlining the issue. It is important to be specific and, if possible, to suggest potential solutions.

  5. Report to the Joint Student-Teacher Committee (JSTC)
The JSTC is responsible for monitoring the quality of teaching and can act on student reports. Students can request a meeting with committee members or send a formal email.

  6. Contact the Orientation, Tutoring or Teaching Office
For broader concerns (e.g., administrative, organisational, or orientation issues), students can contact the relevant offices of the Faculty or the Department Academic Office for support.
