    If the issue concerns a specific course (e.g., syllabus, exams, office hours), the first step is to contact the instructor directly to clarify doubts or misunderstandings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Report to student representatives<\/strong>
    If the problem persists or is broader (e.g., scheduling conflicts, excessive workload), it is advisable to speak with the student representatives<\/a> on the Degree Programme Council. They can raise the issue at the appropriate institutional level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
