The outcome of the assessment procedure will be communicated by email and then student can proceed to enrol.<\/p>\n<h4>PRE-REQUISITES<\/h4>\n<p>ICT and Internet Engineering Master\u2019s Degree Course minimal requirements that will be considered in the assessment procedure are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science;<\/li>\n<li>Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) above <strong>85%<\/strong> or when GPA is not available a level above <strong>Good<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If the medium of instruction of Your Bachelor\u2019s Degree is the English language, there is no need to produce any certification. Otherwise, You have to produce a valid document of language proficiency (Level B2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The subjects and the relevant marks of your transcripts of records will be also considered in the assessment. The Master\u2019s Degree in \u201cICT and Internet Engineering\u201d requires the knowledge on Maths and Physics common to the Bachelor\u2019s Degree Courses in Engineering and the basic knowledge in the area of Information Engineering (Electronics, Control Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Signals).<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please also check the information about admission to University of Tor Vergata on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.uniroma2.it\/en\/percorso\/admissions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University web site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE<\/h4>\n<p>The assessment procedure is available at this link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/delphi.uniroma2.it\/totem\/jsp\/aS_1_1.jsp?language=EN&amp;opzione=5\">https:\/\/delphi.uniroma2.it\/totem\/jsp\/aS_1_1.jsp?language=EN&amp;opzione=5<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the Start application procedure tab;<\/li>\n<li>Accept the privacy policy document;<\/li>\n<li>Choose the School of Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>Choose ICT and Internet Engineering Course;<\/li>\n<li>Select NON-EU CANDIDATES RESIDING ABROAD APPLYING FOR A STUDY VISA;<\/li>\n<li>Fill the gaps with Your personal data;<\/li>\n<li>Fill in and upload Your passport and Your Bachelor\u2019s Degree certificate;<\/li>\n<li>Print Your application;<\/li>\n<li>Pay the 30 \u20ac bulletin through PagoPa payment system;<\/li>\n<li>Validate the payment on-line on the DELPHI platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>deadline <\/strong>of the assessment procedure is <strong>April 30.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that at the end of the assessment procedure a pdf file will be automatically generated. Keep with care the provided file, in order to have the information reported in the last sheet needed for the payment and validation of your application. If the <strong>payment <\/strong> is not <strong>correctly validated<\/strong>, your assessment will not be evaluated by the Committee.<\/p>\n<p>If You are admitted, You will receive a conditional Acceptance Letter to be used for the pre-enrollment application on Universitaly. The Acceptance is conditioned on the submission of a CIMEA Statement of Comparability granting the access to a second cycle course in Italy.<\/p>\n<h4>PRE-ENROLMENT<\/h4>\n<p>If you have received the conditional acceptance letter, the pre-enrollment procedure is mandatory for non-EU applicants not residing in Italy, including those holding a residence permit for other EU countries and it is needed to obtain your VISA.<\/p>\n<p>The whole procedure is at this link:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.universitaly.it\/index.php\/\">https:\/\/www.universitaly.it\/index.php\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The mandatory documents to be uploaded for pre-enrollment on Universitaly are passport, CIMEA Statement of Comparability and admission letter.<\/p>\n<h5>STATEMENT OF COMPARABILITY<\/h5>\n<p>Please note that for the enrollment in our Master\u2019s Degree Course, the University compulsorily requires all students holding a title obtained abroad to provide the <strong>Statement of Comparability issued by the CIMEA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cimea.diplo-me.eu\/torvergata\/#\/auth\/login\">https:\/\/cimea.diplo-me.eu\/torvergata\/#\/auth\/login<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Statement of Comparability needs to grant access to a second cycle course in Italy.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>VISA APPLICATION<\/h4>\n<p>Through the pre-enrolment procedure on the Universitaly platform, Tor Vergata University will send an email to the Embassy You have chosen for the VISA application and, as a proof of it, you will receive an email by\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:no-reply@cineca.it\">no-reply@cineca.it<\/a>\u00a0confirming your appointment at the Embassy.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for VISA applications at Embassies is on July 31 of each year.<\/p>\n<p>If Italian Embassies are not operative on the territory, you can refer to other Italian Embassies in third territories in order to carry out Visa procedures.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>FURTHER INFORMATION<\/h4>\n<p>For all the bureaucratic problems, like the tuition fees, please contact\u00a0<b>Ms. Serena Volpini<\/b>\u00a0of the Students Office (Segreteria Studenti) at this email address serena.volpini@uniroma2.it<\/p>\n<p>Tuition fees at the University of Rome Tor Vergata are based on the student\u2019s family income; in order to calculate it for international students, the University will need a document called Scheda Raccolta Dati per Indicatore Parificato, which can be issued only by CAF Offices in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>The Scheda has a little cost which the student will have to pay directly to the CAF Office.<\/p>\n<p>A photocopy of the Scheda will then have to be carried to the International Students Office (Via Cracovia, 50 \u2013 Central Administration, Rettorato) by 15th December 2025.<\/p>\n<p>International Students Office \u2013 Opening Hours*:<\/p>\n<p>From Monday to Friday: 09 am -12 pm<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday: 2 \u2013 4 pm<\/p>\n<p>Please note: Not submitting the ISEEU to the University will imply for the student the payment of the maximum rate of the yearly tuition fee of the course (80% of the maximum rate for the students coming from low-income economies or lower-middle-income economies; 100% of the maximum rate for all the other international students).<\/p>\n<p>Classes start at the end of September but, as usual, the Welcome Office of Tor Vergata University is going to organize some Welcome Weeks from 6 to 30 September to help students coming in Italy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"--awb-line-height:23.8px;--awb-icon-width:23.8px;--awb-icon-height:23.8px;--awb-icon-margin:9.8px;--awb-content-margin:33.6px;--awb-circlecolor:var(--awb-color4);--awb-circle-yes-font-size:12.32px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-2 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-yes\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-university fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<h3><strong>Students with an Italian bachelor degree with a Laurea in the classes &#8220;Ingegneria dell&#8217;Informazione&#8221; (L-8) or &#8220;Ingegneria Industriale&#8221; (L-9)\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L-8 includes for example:\n<ul>\n<li>ingegneria di Internet,<\/li>\n<li>ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni,<\/li>\n<li>ingegneria delle comunicazioni,<\/li>\n<li>ingegneria informatica,<\/li>\n<li>ingegneria elettronica, etc. ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>L-9 includes for example:\n<ul>\n<li>engineering science<\/li>\n<li>ingegneria energetica,<\/li>\n<li>ingegneria elettrica, etc. ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students need\n<ul>\n<li>at least a 9 CFU for subjects in ING\/INF 03 (telecommunications) and,<\/li>\n<li>a total of at least 9 CFU for subjects in ING\/INF 05 (computer science) or ING\/INF 01 (electronics)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree GPA of <strong>24.5\/30<\/strong> are allowed to enrol in the Master\u2019s Degree;<\/li>\n<li>The deadline for enrolling is the 30th day after taking the Bachelor\u2019s Degree;<\/li>\n<li>If the Bachelor\u2019s Degree GPA is lower than <strong>24.5\/30<\/strong>, students will be contacted by the Didactic Office for an interview for testing their knowledge,<\/li>\n<li>After passing that interview, students will be allowed to enrol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"--awb-line-height:23.8px;--awb-icon-width:23.8px;--awb-icon-height:23.8px;--awb-icon-margin:9.8px;--awb-content-margin:33.6px;--awb-circlecolor:var(--awb-color4);--awb-circle-yes-font-size:12.32px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-3 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-yes\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-exchange-alt fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<h3><strong>STUDENTS WITH A BACHELOR\u2019S DEGREE TAKEN IN A DIFFERENT SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY AND IN A DIFFERENT COURSE OF STUDY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 Students with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree taken in a different School, University and in a different course of study have to apply for an on line assessment procedure from July 18 to March 15 (the first turn is from July 18 to September 15; the second turn is from September 18 to November 15;<br \/>\nthe third turn is from November 18 to January 15; the fourth turn is from January 18 to March 15);<br \/>\n\u2013 the assessment procedure is as follows:<br \/>\n1. go to the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/delphi.uniroma2.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DELPHI web site<\/a>;<br \/>\n2. \u201cStudent Section\u201d \u2013 \u201cControl of Curricular Requirements\u201d;<br \/>\n3. \u201cSection a\u201d \u2013 \u201cOn-Campus Course\u201d then choose the School and the Master\u2019s Degree Course;<br \/>\n4. Fill the form with Your personal data and Your title to be assessed;<br \/>\n5. Print the application form and the 30 Euro invoice to pay as a contribution for the assessment procedure (not due for disabled people or for students with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree mark of 100\/110);<br \/>\n6. Pay the invoice at any UniCredit Agency and take the AUTH code;<br \/>\n7. Validate Your application on the DELPHI web site inserting both the CTRL code and the AUTH code;<br \/>\n8. Just after the validation of the application (CTRL code and AUTH code) the Didactic Office will assess Your titles.<\/p>\n<p>ASSESSMENT RESULT<br \/>\n1. To verify the result of the assessment procedure, please go to the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/delphi.uniroma2.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DELPHI web site<\/a>;<br \/>\n2.\u201dStudent Section\u201d \u2013 \u201cControl of Curricular Requirements\u201d;<br \/>\n3.\u201dSection b\u201d \u2013 \u201cYou have already filled out an application\u201d;<br \/>\n4. Insert Your fiscal code and the CTRL code to see the result of Your application;<br \/>\n5. Positive result: You can enrol (see the instructions below);<br \/>\n6. Print the application form and the invoice for the first instalment;<br \/>\n6. Pay the invoice at any UniCredit Agency and take the CTRL code and the AUTH code;<br \/>\n7. Fill the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.quest.uniroma2.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">evaluation questionnaire<\/a>\u00a0(You will be given a CQ code which will expire in five days);<br \/>\n8. Go to the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/delphi.uniroma2.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DELPHI web site<\/a>\u00a0and validate the payment inserting the CTRL code, the AUTH code and the CQ code;<br \/>\n9. Print the form containing You matricola number and Your password;<br \/>\n10.
